Family Glamping

Family Glamping holiday

Family holiday with activities for children and hot tub

Glamping is the perfect family holiday. Get back to nature with your children, sleep under canvas, with all the comforts of home.

Enjoy space inside and out. Snuggle by the wood-burner, tell tall stories around the fire pit. Cook over fire or inside with gas.  Sleep well in comfy bedrooms with electric blankets, or in the cute sleep loft, little ones love it up there!

Your private bathroom is just along the wooden boardwalk to keep your tootsies clean. There’s a hot power shower, hairdryer, organic toiletries and fluffy towels.

A stay with little ones

Toddlers will adore the excitement of exploring their new home. The loft, games trunk and the boardwalks, are always winners.

You can unload your clobber next to your safari lodge, then the glamping field is a no car zone for safety.

Explore the shack and Nook, for table tennis and crafty workshops. There’s a play area too, so little ones can let off some steam after the journey.

Sit down with a cuppa and slice of cake watch little ones play and soak up the views. The Hot tub will be warm on arrival for a splash and soak.

Once settled you can choose between a BBQ, pizza or maybe a trip to the pub. You could pre-prepare something and warm it on the gas hob (that’s if you are mega organised)

The beauty of glamping is you have all the facilities with the ‘camping vibe’. So get the toddlers involved by setting the fire to toast marshmallows, or help to make their own pizzas.

We’ve thought of everything so you don’t have to, from firelighters to marshmallows, pizza dough to hot tub towels. Order a baby pack for a travel cot and high chair, baby bath and changer mat. So just relax.

A day in the life of a toddler at Upsticks glamping.

  • Your toddlers will probably wake early. It’s a good time to check in on the hens and nab an egg. Or maybe feed the sheep. The food for both is in the pantry and free!
  • Its a good time explore the farm, try a little scavenger hunt.
  • Order pastries to your lodge for breakfast, then pack a lunch and go for a hike up the hills. The views are fab, and there are woods, caves and streams to play in.
  • Try a trip to Eastnor Castle they have a great play space, maze and lake.
  • Book into one of our feast nights, and take a night off cooking.
  • Our little pantry has BBQ packs, Pizza kits and Breakfast ingredients to make cooking indoors or out easy.
  • Or if you want a night off cooking there’s a little country pub a few minutes stroll up the lane.
  • Snuggle up in warm beds, the fresh air will help your babes sleep well
  • Time for a grown up soak and a glass of wine
