The shack is Upsticks glamping hangout space. For all kinds of gatherings can cook, dine and party together.

This converted lorry is now a funky bar and dining space, or a place to chill and read a book. The deck of the shack can be used for activities like yoga or for groups to gather and boogie whilst watching the sunset.

The shack has everything needed for a good celebration with electric, fridge, PA speaker, Wifi, and festoon lighting as well as a giant firepit.

Make this unique space your own, decorate it with banners bunting or flowers with wonderful views of the Malvern hills it’s the perfect spot for sun-downers, and making special memories.

How many people can use the shack?

Our communal shack has dining space for 18 and standing space for 30

Is there a cost for using the Shack

We allow those booking Upsticks Glamping site exclusively to use the shack for free. For larger events there is a charge.

What facilities does the shack have?

The Shack has Electric, with Fridge-freezer, gas BBQ and running water. Thre is a bluetooth PA speaker and festoon lighting. Outside is a firepit.

Can groups decorate the space

Yes as long as you remove decorations when you leave. The planet also prefers sustainable decorations like fabric bunting or banners rather than non-reusable plastic.

Can we play music in the Shack?

Yes we allow music, connect your device to the PA speaker. We ask that noise is kept low after 11pm. Groups have arrange silent disco’s to allow them to party into the early hours.

What facilities are there for cooking and eating at the shack?

A large gas BBQ is available to cook on as well as the firepit. There are wine, flutes and pint glasses as well as crockery and cutlery in the shack so no need to lug things from your lodge.

Is the shack heated?

No this space has no heating other than the firepit which is outside. An electric heater could be provided if needed.

What games are provided?

We have a full sized table tennis table as well as quoits, rounders and many others. Badminton rackets and net can also be used by the shack.

What workout equipment is there?

Stan the static spin bike can be used as well as the yoga mats and a few weights. Please just wipe it down after use. We have had full yoga sessions on the shack deck for hen do’s but it is equally lovely for a private workout.
