Our aim to ensure you and your guests feel able to relax in cosy glamping lodges, and at ease in the beautiful surroundings, ready to get the most from the amazing activities, workshops or treatments you offer.
Fall in love with our homely tented lodges, get close to nature, knowing that the environment is being cared for and indulge in all the special touches of a boutique hotel. Hot tubs for soaking under the stars, private bathrooms filled with fluffy towels and organic toiletries. A wood-burner to keep you warm at night, fire pits and plenty of little extras in your welcome hamper to ensure an easy settling in.
You will love the new retreat space. An inside space connected to the outdoors so perfect for mindful activities such as yoga and meditation. Run a workshop with a view, as this gorgeous space is flexible enough to cater for all types of activity from crafting to teaching, feasting to networking. A wooden floor together with clad wood walls, natural planting and foliage decor along with twinkly lights and wood-burners for warmth adds to the magic of this space.
Make it yours decorate and add your own branding, we have furniture for all types of seating arrangements.
We’ve thought of everything so all you have to do is deliver your amazing content. Arrive to homemade cake, feast on Pizza’s from the wood-fired oven, enjoy a tipple in the hot tub and wake to freshly baked pastries. We’ve put together all the ingredients for a perfect retreat, just add your sparkle.
Upsticks is a non-working farm of 17 acres. There are a few sheep grazing otherwise the space is yours. Just a stroll from open common land or from the Malvern Hills, which provide miles of easy walking to explore. Your guests will enjoy the perfect mix of luxury, space and privacy.
What is included in this Retreat package
- Exclusive hire of Upsticks glamping to use as your private space
- One or two night stays
- Three safari tents each sleeping six with three private bathrooms
- A welcome hamper of goodies including tea/coffee/bread/milk/juice/eggs/wine and cake
- food, to include wood-fired pizzas, morning pastries, lunch-time buffet or picnic, Alternative choices – Paella, BBQ or Greek Souvlaki.
- All wood for heating and hot tubs (fire pit wood is an extra)
- Electric/ Wifi / Lighting / linen / towels / toiletries included
- Silent disco and PA system avaialbe
- Wood fired pizza ovens and cooking area with coals and wood included.
- Additional extra’s can include a ‘content space’ for brand photography/video or treatments

Arrive to wood-fired hot tubs warmed ready for a soak, the wood-burners lit in the tents, cake or chilled wine, so you’re retreaters will feel relaxed and ready to unwind.
Glamping Retreat space
Our gorgeous retreat tent is perfect for delivering creative workshops, wellness activities, classroom style ‘instruction’ and for feasting and cooking. It consists of our old ‘shack’ which has a private area inside for individual treatments. The Deck area is dedicated to cooking over fire.
Our new retreat tent is a beautiful and unique space with a wood floor, abstract wooden walls foliage as well as twinkly lighting. By daytime soak up the views of the Malvern Hills and at night watch the moon rise over fire pits, listen to music whilst dining or let your hair down with a silent disco. We also have seating for 20+ for feasting together.

Parking for guests
Retreat space, with 12m sq stretch tent, with wooden floor. This is a partially open structure with Lighting, electric, wifi, bluetooth speaker and wood burners fitted.
A covered outdoor kitchen area, with wood-fired pizza oven, BBQ and prep area.
An inside kitchen bar area, with fridge-freezer, sink, hot cold running water and all crockery, and glasses.

Two night glamping retreat
from £1500 midweek or £2000 weekends
Based on 12 people staying.
Each tent sleeps 4 retreat guests comfortably. We have two downstairs bedrooms. One twin one double and an upstairs loft with a cabin bed.
Each tent has a hot tub and private bathroom with electric shower, toiletries, towels, hairdryer and plenty of room for each guest.
